ChatGPT and artificial intelligence (AI) chatbots use natural language processing to generate human-like responses. It's also beautiful as a generative AI tool.
Yes. It has taken just over a year to really understand, what it does, what this means. How to respond to questions. How to compose written content like articles, essays, and emails, without loosing the poetic and repetitive nature of our own brand voice, messaging. Helping us to understand our targeted reading level. For healthcare, we use 5th grade as a target. For financials, we lean towards a 10th grade.
Together, we writers, refine conversations, as machine learning algorithms process and analyze data. We continualy tailor and train with reinforcement learning through our own human feedback.
OpenAI, is an AI research company founded in 2015 by Elon Musk and Sam Altman. Uses the GPT-4 large language model (LLM). Launched in November 2022.
Making it TikTok and instagram ready, every time.
My latest ventures, are local, and fun. I work with managers behind the scenes at a local, viral patisserie, supporting our holiday initiatives. The main company social media director posts on insta-gram. I repost to TikTok and facebook, and help to elevate our campaigns. Our local branch sells about $550,000 in baked goods and retail each year. Most of this revenue is supported by a large following of enthusiastic followers, baristas, and friends on social.
Joining up to lead the municipal.
Becoming a municipal commissioner for the arts, as a member of the city's art commission board is the big first step. We are responsible for approving public art in the town, and working with the Chamber of Commerce to involve local businesses.
Responsibilities include local and in person art and events. Bringing art to the community and elevating our sense of belonging. Approving new public art. Commissioning murals and temporary projects. Working with city planning and development processes. Creating real opportunities for the local arts.

In choosing the url and brand strategy, ux-legend, the first step, is in our content strategy and metadata strategy. This first key parameter is dependent on availability at the start.
The words, legend, legendary, define our top brand attributes. Directly reflective and personal to the brand. Built into the family name, geometry for generations. Every design starts with 10 to 15 brand attributes, focusing on the top 5.
Legendary is in just how many times, we created and then elevated the trends that standardized design across industries. How many times, we set the bar and then needed to create the new standard, to face the current trends. In this case, currently, dynamic search trends, patterning for user experience. Quantitative measurements ranging in the billions now.
Qualitative patterns, of the top 15%, these help us to bring back the tailoring. These are the trends, that designers, intuitively follow, we are watching our peers. Aware of the common mind set in solving the same challenge, like dynamic search, like content editing, reflected in new product designs. Then, the design and interactions level out and look and act the same. We pivot, reflect, iterate and then elevate again. UX research our flagship products to elevate the design system across the suite.
We review, and then we re-establish the design, improved, problem solving. This is done quickly, iteratively, and ahead of schedule.

Content management, and data management products like OCE Personal, OCE Digital, OCE+, OCE Connect , IQVIA Consent, drive the industry standards in healthcare across the globe.
Designing CMS applications, using multiple clouds, products integrations, means working very closely with Quality Assurance leads. We log and track any design defects. We are responsible for the UI Code being par with the design system.
We validate the production experience matches our requirements and the design works nicely on all devices. The result is life changing technology that improves connection and helps people become their own best advocate.

In June 2022, IQVIA won Snowflake's Data for Good Award at the Snowflake Summit. The Snowflake Data Driver Awards recognizes an organization that fully embodies what it means to be data-driven. The winner’s story shows how a well-implemented cloud data analytics strategy drives innovation, increases business agility, improves time-to-market and enhances customer experience. This award was inspired by the solutions created by Pfizer, that improved the lives of millions.
In 2024, IQVIA won the MedTech Breakthrough Award for "Best Use of Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare" for its SmartSolve Enterprise Quality Management System, eQMS.

Straight out of Parsons, I joined Ogilvy, NYC, setting the tone in a sharp 5th Ave suit. The interview ended with a bold move, offering to send a PDF demo that night outlining a major airline’s booking flow transformation. The answer? Yes.
Collaborating with content pioneer Julia Chopra, we redefined the airline booking experience, setting industry best practices. That was Ogilvy—bold, driven, the foundation of Mad Men.
From Ogilvy to Digitas on Park Ave South, leading architecture for IBM and AmEx. Two years of SEO strategy, IA, UX, and technical writing, crafting 100+ slide UI specs, perfectly executed. Big projects came from NYC—Digitas kept calling, long after my return to Boston.

We won Ad Age’s Agency of the Year for Verizon, Motorola, Google’s Android launch. Helped craft the fine print for Viagra’s campaign—potentially life-saving work. Designed Chase Community Giving’s record-breaking platform, distributing $1.5M to local charities, with Eva Longoria as MC. Our UX and IA designs influenced SSGA.com, Adobe AEM, Salesforce, and IQVIA.
VIP Moments, NY Mercantile Exchange and Parsons School of Design, NYC
UX leadership in healthcare, finance, and education started with NYMEX’s online trading platform. Partnering with Accenture, I proposed an impromptu research session on the trading floor, refining our designs.
This NYMEX work caught the attention of Parsons’ Dave Kanter, leading to my MFA acceptance. There, I bridged UX between MIT Design Labs and Parsons, suggesting a PDF upload feature that streamlined MIT’s cataloging overnight—proving rapid open-source collaboration was game-changing.

Verily, Google Life Sciences, Covid 19 Screener, was the first of it’s kind. Serving and setting the example for other major leaders to follow.
Developing the brand tone, brand voice and established clear conversation levels with our Lead Product Owner for our flagship, creating the intial scripts for the Verily COVID-19 Pathfinder. We were working directly with SMEs, legal, clinical trials, UX research, and product management, and compliance.
Healthcare, Mobile, Application for Sleep Apnea
Working as a UX Writer, content strategist, information architect, responsible for the product UX Writing. We worked closely with UXD and SME teams, in Figma, we reduced the character count by about 50%. Accomplishing streamlined content for the alpha to beta product release. We reduced the content for the product end to end. Creating clear, achievable steps in the content structure and conversational design. Identifying the patterns of orientation and adding consistent celebrations of milestones throughout.
Working hand in hand with UX Research to prove the product success ahead of launch. Our research was so insightful and articulate, our product sponsors, changed the focus of the imitative from, education and maintenance, to re-supply and customer support.
The remarkable, end result, our client was able to launch the product, and secure funding with confidence for the resupply flow. This was the direct result of our solutions in UX Writing, UX-UI Design and UX Research.
